Alleviate Acne Aggravation

More than 85% of teens experience at least a mild form of acne. However, it is not a skin condition that limits itself to torturing teens. Adults can also experience acne. The National Institutes for Health offers suggestions for how people with acne should care for their skin.

  1. Gently wash skin with a mild cleaner; once in the morning and once in the evening. Also wash after heavy exercise.
  2. Do not scrub your face or use a strong detergent. This will make the problems worse.
  3. Wash your face from under the jaw to the hairline.
  4. Thoroughly rinse your face after washing.
  5. Astringents are not recommended unless the skin is especially oily. If necessary, use an astringent only on the oily spots.
  6. Shampoo hair regularly to keep skin around the face clean.
  7. Avoid sunburn or suntanning.
  8. Choose cosmetics carefully.

We at JerichoSpa.com suggest that you use our Dead Sea Acne Soap or Dead Sea Black Mud Soap to gently and thoroughly wash your face, and then twice a week use the Purifying Mud Masks.

Other products that would be especially good are the Dr. Kremer Treatment Shampoos and the Dr. Kremer Face and Body Cream. But don't stop there. Many more of our products offer therapeutic care, as well as care for those who do not have skin issues.
