your Affiliate ID Number, preceded by the letter "W", and mentions the
$40 Gift Certificate with the requirements for a purchase of $70 or more. YOU MUST CALL 1-866-485-8355 TO ACTIVATE THE GIFT
CERTIFICATE. For your convenience we have designed a very attractive
gift certificate.
To request your certificates simply send an email to AffiliateMgt@JerichoSpa.com
with your contact information and Affiliate ID Number. You can order the certificates by clicking the image below.
